INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Reaching out for the support of a Coach is a powerful way to have  a trusted partner as you navigate through the challenges of life.   In the role of coach, I will create a loving container for you to safely explore the areas where you need the most support. 

The foundation of our sessions will be done with an inquiry approach using mindfulness.  This is simply the non-judgmental awareness of the present moment.  The 3 components that make up this awareness are mind, body and spirit.

I believe that when we become present from our healthy self, we open up the possibility for something to transform.  

For the client and coach to build a foundation, a commitment of 5 sessions is highly recommended.  At the end of these sessions the coach and the client can re-evaluate  the relationship and reflect on your own growth.  These sessions can be done via phone, Face-time or Zoom, whichever the client prefers.
