I facilitate many one-day or weekend-long workshops throughout the year. These workshops are a beautiful way to fill your cup, replenish your spirit, and connect to the deepest parts of you. Each workshop is unique in its theme and experience. 
Most workshops take place in our private home on 1 acre of tranquil land in Lake Mary, FL. The home and grounds include indoor and outdoor areas that will help you step away from the distractions and connect more deeply to your experience.  This sanctuary is guaranteed to nourish your soul.
